1. கிறிஸ்தேசுவே, நீர் எனக்காய்
இரத்தஞ்சிந்தி ஆட்கொண்டீர்,
மீட்கப்பட்ட அடிமை நான்.
நீர் என் தேவன் கர்த்தருமாம்.
என் இருதயத்தை ஆளும்.
உமக்கென்றே நான் பிழைப்பேன்.

2. பரிசுத்தமாய்ப் பிழைக்க
உம்மிடமே காத்துக்கொள்ளும்
என்தன் வாழ்நாள் முழுவதும்.
உம் ப்ரகாசம் என்னில் காண
நீரே என்னில் யாவற்றையும்
ஆண்டுகொள்ளும் என் கர்த்தாவே.

3. என்னை மீட்க தன்னை ஈந்த
உம்மையேதான் நான் சேவிப்பேன்.
என் நிலைமை குறைவேதான்;
ஆனாலும் உம் சித்தம் யாவும்
நிறைவேற்ற ஆசிக்கின்றேன்,
ஜெபம் கேட்டு தயை செய்யும்.

4. என்னின் ஊழியம் உமக்கு
தேவையாம் என்பதால் அல்ல,
நன்றியுடனுங்கூட உம்
நாமமும் மகிமைப்பட
விரும்பும் என் வேண்டுதலை
கேட்டருளும் கி/ருபையாய்.
