When by faith we’ve such a hope we see and trust!
Throughout battles, trials and toils we have a vision
Of the glory which shall be revealed in us.
Grasp then courage, yea be bold and do not murmur,
For these sufferings last but a little while
When compared to glory that is always opened
For each soul who battles diligent each mile.

Be then crucified with Him in each temptation,
For this glory which Christ has shall be our own.
Songs of praise burst forth in our glad expectation.
We shall praise Him then in our eternal home.
